Facilitators Lauri Kriva, Astrid Boesze and Vic Morton invite you to join The P.A.T.H., a one-of-a-kind, immersive 4-hour workshop rooted in nature’s five elements. It is a powerful opportunity for you to Practice Presence, Act with Intention, Trust the Process and Hold Space as you play with new possibilities in life and work.

What Makes The P.A.T.H. Unique?

This isn’t your typical personal growth workshop. The P.A.T.H. intertwines personal development, embodied wisdom and spiritual reflection into a transformative inward journey. Through reflective prompts, practical coaching, and practices like mindful movement, breath, and meditation, this workshop activates your full intelligence (mental, emotional, and physical) - empowering you to not just to think about change, but to embody it. Because clarity starts from within.

Rooted in the timeless framework of nature’s five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space - The P.A.T.H. invites you to explore your life from multiple perspectives. Each element a powerful metaphor for self-discovery:

Earth - Grounding and stability  

Water - Emotional connection  

Fire - Passion and power  

Air - Clarity and perspective  

Space - Possibility and expansion  


Workshop Structure

You can expect an engaging, experiential format featuring:

  • Opening reflection + intention setting

  • Mindful movement + breath practice to release tensions and awaken energy within the body

  • Guided meditation + self-inquiry practice for accessing deep rest and inner clarity

  • Written journaling prompts to access intuitive knowing and bring awareness to inner patterns

  • Facilitated small group discussion + coaching to integrate insights 

  • Commitment to activate shifts + closing integration practice Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced retreat-goer, this retreat is open to all, regardless of spiritual background or practice. The retreat is limited to 20 women.

    The lens of the 5 Elements offers a simple, memorable way to check in with yourself over time to notice what’s off balance, what’s needed, and how to come back into alignment.

Meet Your Facilitators:

With over 50 years of combined experience in personal growth, yoga, and mindfulness/meditation, we are coaches, teachers, and practitioners who bring deep presence, compassionate guidance, and grounded expertise to guide you through this workshop. We don’t just teach this work, we live it.

Astrid Boesze: With over 20 years of experience in discovering and nurturing talent, Astrid has led teams at Wieden+Kennedy New York and helped companies grow with a focus on diversity. She also founded the European arm of FBI Talent Co and led Talent for rapid growth at 180 Amsterdam and LA. As an ICF-accredited executive coach since 2014, she helps individuals and teams tap into their courage, clarity, and authentic potential for growth and transformation. Growing up bilingual and having lived in Germany, Austria, the US, and currently Mexico, Astrid values life's journeys of change. Outside of work, she enjoys yoga, being a swim mom, holistic health, travel, and time with family. Lauri Kriva
: Lauri's path has been anything but linear. After 15 years in global HR leadership roles at NIKE and Timberland, including six transformative years in Amsterdam, she followed an inner call into wide-ranging exploration—from voiceover work and acting to real estate, health coaching, and writing a children's book. Though she first learned to meditate at age 9, it was a serendipitous encounter during COVID that sparked her calling to become a teacher. Her meditation practice has profoundly transformed her life by awakening self-compassion, inner wisdom, and a deep sense of calm acceptance. Now a certified McLean Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher, CTI Life Coach, and Dr. Sears Health Coach, Lauri integrates practical insight with soulful presence to work with heart-centered people navigating transitions, facing impossible-feeling moments, or simply ready for more alignment. With compassionate curiosity and deep listening, she helps clients shine a light on what's no longer working and gently weave new awareness into intentional action inviting them to meet themselves honestly—wherever they are—with kindness and non-judgment. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing yourself is one of the most powerful ways to heal the world, helping people cultivate a life that reflects the truest expression of who they are. She lives in California with her husband and son, and can often be found out in nature, cooking, or on a golf course with her son and husband.

Victoria Morton: “Vic” is a seasoned facilitator, coach and sustainability consultant with 25 years of experience supporting & guiding senior/ board level leaders and governance committees , influencing & advising cross-functional teams within global FMCGs, NGOs, and iconic brands including Unilever, Nike, UN Women, Ben & Jerry’s, and Pukka Tea to align on personal and organizational purpose, to drive engagement, creativity, regenerative leadership and sustainability/ regenerative strategies, programs and impact from London to Kenya and beyond. As founder of Belong, a collective supporting purpose-led businesses and thriving cultures, Vic blends strategic insight with a deeply human approach. She is a qualified CTI Co-Active Coach and compelled to empower others to connect with the essence of who they are & discover their “why”. She believes, when we do this, we are most likely to show up, in the best version of ourselves & lead a fulfilled life. Vic is also an experienced Prana Vinyasa yoga teacher (her teachers are Shiva Rea & Mercedes Ngoh Sieff) with over 500 hours of teaching , trained  in breathwork, meditation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), sports massage & bodywork, she brings a holistic lens to empower her clients to navigate a range of physical or emotional challenges.
