• Meditations feature a short introduction followed by a 20-25 minute guided or silent meditation and group reflection/conversation.

• A link to join the live meditation will be e-mailed to you upon registration.

• Meditations are recorded and available on-demand the same day.

• All levels of experience are welcome!
