The P.A.T.h.
A Virtual Experiential Workshop Rooted in the 5 Elements
November 9, 2025
8am-12pm PST | 11am-3pm EST | 4pm-8pm GMT
Are you feeling a pull toward something more? More clarity? More alignment? More direction?
You’re not alone.
Whether you're at a crossroads, navigating change, feeling stuck or are seeking deeper transformation, this is your invitation to begin.
Facilitators Lauri Kriva, Astrid Boesze and Vic Morton invite you to join The P.A.T.H., a unique 4-hour workshop rooted in nature’s five elements - each offering a doorway to self-discovery. It is a powerful opportunity for you to Practice Presence, Act with Intention, Trust the Process and Hold Space as you play with - and explore - new possibilities in life and work.
This is for the ones who want more than surface-level; for the heart-centered, motivated seekers ready to move from feeling stuck to stepping forward with clarity and purpose.
This workshop is for you if you’re ready to create the P.A.T.H. to…
A life that feels aligned, inspired, and true
Clarity where you might feel stuck
Igniting your intuition/inner wisdom
Making small, doable shifts that lead to significant change
Building confidence and self-trust
Experiencing more peace and less pressure.
What Makes The P.A.T.H. Unique?
This isn’t your typical personal growth workshop. The P.A.T.H. intertwines personal development, embodied wisdom and spiritual reflection into a transformative inward journey. We use reflective prompts, practical coaching, mindful movement, breath, and meditation to activate your full intelligence (mind, heart and body). You will be empowered not just to think about change, but to embody it. Because clarity starts from within.
Rooted in the timeless framework of nature’s five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space - The P.A.T.H. invites you to explore your life from multiple perspectives. Each element is a powerful metaphor for self-discovery:
Earth - Grounding and stability
Water - Emotional connection
Fire - Passion and power
Air - Clarity and perspective
Space - Possibility and expansion
Workshop Structure
You can expect an engaging, experiential format featuring:
Opening reflection + intention setting
Mindful movement + breath practice to release tensions and awaken energy within the body
Guided meditation + self-inquiry practice for accessing deep rest and inner clarity
Written journaling prompts to access intuitive knowing and bring awareness to inner patterns
Facilitated small group discussion + coaching to integrate insights
Commitment to activate shifts + closing integration practice
What You’ll Gain
By the end of this workshop you’ll be on The P.A.T.H. to:
A Clearer Inner Compass
Through reflection, guided practices, and elemental metaphors, you will gain clarity on what’s calling you forward and what matters most - helping you make more intentional choices in life and work.Tangible Tools for Presence and Resilience
You’ll leave with a toolkit of grounding practices like breathwork, mindful movement, and embodied awareness that you can return to anytime life feels chaotic or uncertain.Increased Self-Awareness and Emotional Intelligence
By exploring the qualities of Water, Fire, Air, Earth, and Space, you’ll deepen your relationship with your inner landscape (emotions, habits, strengths, and growth edges).Embodied Confidence to Take Aligned Action
Rather than staying stuck in the mind, you’ll practice listening to your body’s wisdom (and trusting it) so you can move forward with greater confidence and self-trust.A Framework for Ongoing Growth
The lens of the five elements offers a simple, memorable way to check in with yourself over time to notice what’s off balance, what’s needed, and how to come back into alignment.
