PRIVATE/GROUP INSTRUCTION & COACHING

I offer private and group instruction (3 or more people) using the S.E.E.D. Meditation method. Instruction is offered in person or online. My 3-hour introductory meditation class includes:

  • An Introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness

  • The Benefits of Meditation

  • The Basic Principles of Meditation

  • The Five Essentials of Meditation

  • Daily Practices for Meditation and Mindfulness

  • A Guided Breath and Body Awareness Meditation

Additional classes build upon the information provided in the introductory class and incorporate more types of meditation.
